CTSYouth Society offers a variety of amazing programs for youth.
Whether you are a beginner camper or an experienced one,
there are always great opportunities for everyone!
Our Spirit Steward Program is a FREE 3-day overnight camping experience for youth ages 12-18. These camps run every weekend during the summer months. During these camps, youth will have a chance to develop important camping skills such as tent building, knot-tying, and cooking. In addition, our participants will participate each weekend on a Stewardship Projects organized with our Partner organizations. These projects are great opportunities to give back to the community and learn about our environment.
The Peer Leader Program is a volunteering opportunity for youth who want to be more involved with CTS and lead our camps! During this program, youth will have the opportunity to be mentored during the summer by our Mentorvisors, while developing responsibility, leadership, social responsibility, and organizational skills.
The CTS Youth Council (CTSYC) consists of a group of Peer Leaders, aged 14-18, who dedicate time beyond leading camps in the summer to keep the CTS vibes going throughout the school year! These passionate youth help plan events, fundraisers, and outreach plan to keep the CTS community connected in the offseason. All CTSYC events are open for anyone who want to attend.
