Registration for the 2026/2027 Youth Council is now open!
The CTS Youth Council is a group of youth ages 14–18 who stay involved with CTS throughout the school year. Youth Council gives members a space to stay connected, build relationships, and have a voice in CTS programming. Members help shape and test activities for future camps, contribute to environmental education programming, and take part in local restoration projects.
About Our Programs
The benefits of the outdoors are clearer than ever. If you are a youth age 12-18 looking to adventure into nature, make new friends and memories, learn outdoor skills and learn even more about yourself… you have found the perfect program. These are the amazing things you gain when you get outside with CTS Youth Society.
CTS Youth programs are completely free for every participant. This is because we believe every youth deserves the opportunity to attend summer camp, regardless of their circumstances.
Our programs invite youth to explore the beauty of four Metro Vancouver regional parks. By getting into nature, youth are encouraged to put aside preconceived notions of their abilities and develop new outdoor and leadership skills.
Registration for the Summer 2027 Camps will open in April 2027.
What to Expect
Depending on the camp location you choose, activities can include hiking, games, environmental stewardship, outdoor cooking, leadership training, arts and crafts, nature knowledge, and of course, overnight camping! Learn more about what campers can expect in the Summer Guide below.
